Refund policy

Full refund within 14 days of a payment. After that, cancel any time and you are not charged again.

Within 14 days

If you ask within 14 days of a payment, whether your first $36 or a yearly renewal, we refund it in full, tax included. No reason needed. This is limited to one refund per account.

After 14 days

We do not refund the rest of a year once 14 days have passed. Cancel from the billing page instead: you keep the plan until the end of the year you paid for, and you are not charged again.

What happens after a refund

The plan ends when the refund is made. Codes that were already live keep forwarding to the last link you set, as they do after any plan ends, but you can no longer change them or see their scans.

How to ask

Email support@qrpine.com from the address you sign in with. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Your rights under the law

Payments are processed by Stripe as the merchant of record. Where the law where you live gives you more, such as a right to cancel a purchase within a set time, that right applies on top of this policy.
