Spotify codes

  • Copy the link from Share

On a playlist, song, album or artist page, tap Share, then Copy link. Delete the part from ?si= onward: it still opens, and the shorter link makes a simpler code.

  • A playlist stays current

Songs you add to a playlist show up for everyone who scans, so a printed code for a playlist does not go stale.

  • For musicians, the artist page

On merch and gig posters, link to your artist page. It shows your latest release, without a new code for each one.

  • Size it for where it hangs

On a poster read from 1 to 2 m (3 to 6 ft), 10 to 20 cm (4 to 8 in) wide. On merch tags and cards, at least 2 cm (¾ in).

Dynamic QR codes

Print it once. Change the link whenever you want.

A dynamic code points to a short QRPine link. You decide where that link goes, and you can change it after the code is printed.

Make your codes and scan a printed proof for free. Pay $36 a year to put them live, with unlimited codes and scans and a full refund within 14 days.

Questions

Something else? Email support@qrpine.com and a person answers.

QRPine is an independent business in Quebec, Canada, running since 2026.

A Spotify Code, the bar of sound waves, only scans from inside the Spotify app. A QR code scans with any phone camera, so people without Spotify can open the link too.

The link opens in the browser, where Spotify shows the playlist or song and offers its app or web player.

A free code linked to your artist page or a playlist you update stays current. To open the new song itself, make a dynamic code and point it to each release.
