Facebook codes

  • Give the page a username

A page with a username has a short link, facebook.com/ and the name, instead of a long one with an ID number. A shorter link also makes a simpler code.

  • Link to the event itself

For an event or a promotion, link to its own page so nobody has to look for it. A dynamic code can move on to the next event without reprinting.

  • Check it signed out

People who are not signed in to Facebook may be asked to log in. Open the link in a private window on your phone to see what they get.

  • Size it for where it hangs

On a flyer or a receipt, 2 to 3 cm (¾ to 1¼ in) wide. On a door or window, a tenth of the scanning distance.

Dynamic QR codes

Print it once. Change the link whenever you want.

A dynamic code points to a short QRPine link. You decide where that link goes, and you can change it after the code is printed.

Make your codes and scan a printed proof for free. Pay $36 a year to put them live, with unlimited codes and scans and a full refund within 14 days.
