Form codes that get answers

  • Use the short link

In the form, click Send, open the link tab and tick "Shorten URL". The forms.gle link makes a simpler code that still scans when printed small.

  • Let anyone answer

In Settings, "Limit to 1 response" makes everyone sign in to Google, and work or school accounts may restrict the form to their organization. Turn these off for the public.

  • Check it is open

A closed form tells everyone who scans that it is no longer accepting responses. Check "Accepting responses" in the Responses tab before you print.

  • Test it signed out

Fill it in on a phone that is not signed in to your Google account, to see what people who scan will see.

Dynamic QR codes

Print it once. Change the link whenever you want.

A dynamic code points to a short QRPine link. You decide where that link goes, and you can change it after the code is printed.

Make your codes and scan a printed proof for free. Pay $36 a year to put them live, with unlimited codes and scans and a full refund within 14 days.
